1. Acceptance of these Terms
By registering for a wholesale account or using [website domain] ("the Portal"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the business you represent.

2. Who can use this Portal
The Portal is for verified wholesale/business buyers only, not individual consumers. To register, you must provide accurate business information, including a valid Commercial Registration and, where applicable, VAT number. We may approve, reject, or suspend any account at our discretion.

3. How the quote process works

• You browse the catalog and add products and quantities to a quote — this is a request for pricing and availability, not a purchase.
• Prices and stock shown on the Portal are indicative and subject to confirmation.
• Once you submit a quote, our team will contact you, typically via WhatsApp or phone, to confirm final pricing, quantities, minimum order requirements (if any), payment terms, and delivery arrangements.
• No contract of sale is formed until we confirm the order in writing (including via WhatsApp) and both parties agree on final terms. Submitting a quote does not obligate either party to complete a purchase.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Saudi Riyals unless stated otherwise and are subject to VAT as applicable. Payment terms (advance payment, credit terms, bank transfer, etc.) are agreed individually per order at the time of confirmation and are not processed through the Portal.

5. Delivery
Delivery and shipping arrangements are negotiated and confirmed individually for each order as part of finalizing your quote.

6. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and availability on the Portal are accurate, but minor variations (color, fabric batch) may occur, and availability can change between browsing and order confirmation.

7. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials confidential, and for all activity submitted under your account.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Portal — including product images, descriptions, and branding — belongs to Asseel Al Barakah Trading Co. or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Portal, including submitting false business information, attempting to access other accounts, or using automated tools to scrape pricing or catalog data.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Asseel Al Barakah Trading Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Portal. Our liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
