The Portal lets approved wholesale buyers browse our catalog, build a quote (not a purchase) by selecting products and quantities, and submit that quote to us. No payment is collected and no sale is completed on the Portal itself — every quote is followed up and finalized directly with you over WhatsApp or phone.

- Our internal sales/accounts team
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) when we communicate with you there — subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and this may involve data leaving Saudi Arabia
- Shipping/logistics providers, only once an order is confirmed and needs to move
- Government or tax authorities where legally required

6. Cross-border transfer
